I work in the Myofin research group, studying the cellular and molecular biology of inherited muscle diseases. I use mostly cell culture models to understand how cells function and how mutations in different genes cause disease. While my long-standing favorite topic is titin, the largest protein in humans, I'm most of the time busy with other things such as chaperones and stress granules.
