Doctoral Researcher
M.Sc. in Sport Sciences
I have a background in sport sciences and exercise physiology. My research focuses on the role of physical activity and exercise in biological aging. My goal is to understand how physical activity affects biological aging and how it can be used to promote healthy and active aging through evidence-based, practical insights. Currently, I work as a doctoral researcher in the XAGE study and the Helsinki Birth Cohort Study.
