My research focuses on identifying the genetic causes of hereditary neuromuscular diseases. My goal is to utilize sequencing technologies and sequence data analysis methods to identify causative variants and novel disease genes. I work also as a clinical laboratory geneticist at Helsinki University Hospital (HUS).
