I have a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and currently I am conducting research on childhood obesity, focusing on health behavior patterns and their association with central obesity using data from the Fin-HIT cohort. I am also one of the reviewers for a systematic review on the global prevalence of central obesity in children and adolescents. My goal is to advance research on childhood obesity and contribute to better understanding and prevention of this public health challenge.
