I am a PhD researcher in the Healthy Aging group, conducting qualitative research on social resources and active aging in senior housing. My work focuses on how Swedish- and Finnish-speaking older adults experience relocation, adjustment, and social well-being in later life. As part of the BoAktiv Study, I explore how the social environment and life history shape aging experiences and support meaningful living.
