I am a doctoral researcher in the FinnDiane study group with a background in translational medicine and molecular biosciences. My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying cardiovascular complications in type 1 diabetes, with a particular interest in biomarkers of oxidative stress and protein glycation, as well as their proteomic and genomic associations.
