My research focuses on monogenic forms of osteoporosis with or without complex skeletal dysplasia by utilizing in vitro and in vivo functional study models. My goal is to understand molecular and biochemical processes in skeletal homeostasis and identify novel pharmacologic targets to enhance bone strength.
